Randy Innis
has 35 years experience in the international business development arena.
Randy has extensive
experience packaging deals and complex programs with public/private
sector participation. He has owned and operated his own companies and contracted
with the public sector to perform a myriad of task functions over 3-4
year periods. From freight
forwarding to food processing and information technology, Randy has been
involved in more than 200 different projects and programs over the years
and communicates with a solid network of service providers around the
world.

Nevada Operations for Technology Ventures Corporation, a non-profit

1995-2002—Bakersfield, CA

May-August, 2002—Contract with the
International Executive Service Corps (IESC) to organize, recruit
and lead an Information Technology Trade Mission to Egypt and
provide follow-up assistance to U.S. and Egyptian companies.

2001—Contract with the IESC to lead a Food Processing Equipment
Manufacturers Trade Mission to Egypt.

Principally responsible for the opening of the U.S.
Department of Commerce’s Commercial Service Export Assistance
Center in Kern County.

1996-2001—Contract
with Kern County via the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to
direct the Kern County Export Development Program. Company participants had $70
million in export sales and generated 240 new jobs over a three-year
period.

1996-2001—International trade consultant for the SBDC. Designed and implemented a
five-module course focusing on the fundamentals of international
trade.

April
1996—participated in a mission to Cixi, China, Bakersfield’s
Sister City in China. Signed an MOU between to two cities to develop two-way trade.

1996—Co-organizer
and presenter during Friendship City mission to Queretaro, Mexico to
develop two-way trade relationships.

1996—Contracted
with the Technology Initiative for the Private Sector in Sri Lanka
for 45 days on “in-field” analysis of how to increase
competitiveness of more than 20 companies. Follow-up with six companies
at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco where three obtained trial
orders from U.S. buyers.

International Trade and Transportation Center in Shafter, CA on
Foreign Trade Zone and Public Facility Warehouse development.

Rica to the U.S.

and ENHECO, S.A., Partner/General Manager, San Jose, Costa Rica. Flexographic printing plant with
30 employees and $5 million in sales with distribution in Costa Rica,
Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Miami and New Orleans.
ENHECO distributed
products from the U.S., Argentina, Spain, and Brazil to the Central
American/Panama markets like Old Parr Whiskey, ECKO House wares,
Remington Rand, BIC, 3M, Zivi, Balmarco and others.
ENHECO had a subsidiary,
Intercontinental Forwarders that acted as a jobber, consolidator for
Costa Rican companies wanting to identify raw materials for industry
available in the U.S. Intercontinental
offered warehouse-warehouse delivery for more than $13 million a year in
goods.
